He is best known as a co-founder of the influential and popular comedy group All India Bakchod (AIB), which gained massive recognition for its sharp satire, humorous sketches, podcasts, and roast videos.

Originally an engineering student, Tanmay’s passion for comedy steered him toward stand-up comedy and digital content creation. Alongside teammates Gursimran Khamba, Rohan Joshi, and Ashish Shakya, he transformed AIB into a powerhouse of edgy comedy that challenged social norms and contemporary issues.
