Rooh Unlimited is an organization based out of Delhi working on the causes for mental health awareness and wholesome well-being. It was initiated to build a supportive community and has thus provided services ranging from workshops, counseling sessions, and mental well-being resources. It aims at eradicating stigma attached to mental health issues and empowers the residents to prioritize their own emotional and psychological needs.

Initiatives by Rooh Unlimited often involved aesthetic-mindfulness therapy combining interactive sessions. The programs are designed to help people explore their inner selves to cope and improve the quality of life. They also collaborate with mental health professionals for more expertise and support.

Beyond the workshops, Rooh Unlimited also actively engages in both schools, workplaces, and community centers for a more cultured and open way of discussion about mental health. Seminars/panel discussions allow participants to share with each other.

This is not the healing that ends within the individual but rather a call to community acceptance and growth. Amongst its outreach programs, Rooh Unlimited aims at building a compassionate society that puts mental health in the spotlight and understands it. The Rooh has been a guiding beacon for many who need mental healing and, in the process, proven to be an inspiring bastion that invokes change and leaves the Delhi heart a bit stronger.
